Consultancy Methodology...

In order to insure that we create the ideal solution for your business model and goals, we must first understand what is important to your business. We utilise a six point chart to rank your priorities against cost. This allows us to identify areas that require more consideration when designing and supporting your IT infrastructure.

During our first consultation we will ask you questions about the following six points:

  • Cost
  • Security
  • Backup
  • Speed
  • Usability
  • Uptime

If you are unsure what implications these decisions have upon your solution our consultants will be happy to explain the definition and the importance they play within your organisation.

After the initial meeting a tailored solution will be drafted. The solution will include a timeline, requirements and costing. Upon signing off on the solution appropriate hardware and software will be sourced from a supplier. The choice of supplier is at your discretion, however we are able facilitate any purchases.

Installation and configuration can take place at a time suitable to your business. We understand that often IT forms an integral part of your business and disruptions during business hours are unacceptable. Our consultants are happy to work after hours or weekends in order to ensure you have a disruption free transition and installation.

On completion all work is tested thoroughly by our consultants for correct operation. If any problems are discovered we have introduced, we will gladly work to resolve the issue free of charge. Our consultants will continue to answer any queries you have on the solution for up to a week following a successful project implementation. Any extra training or education is an optional extra and can be negotiated on entry of the agreement.
